Maintenance module

Do you know exactly when your vehicles or machines were last serviced, and what was done? With the HortiTime maintenance module, you can easily keep track of this and avoid any confusion.

Within the module, you can keep maintenance records for each vehicle or machine, either as free text or using predefined input fields. You choose what works best: short and simple, or detailed per maintenance type.

Machines are automatically grouped into types, such as tractors, trailers or other equipment. You can set up custom fields for each type. This keeps the system both clear and flexible.

Do you also use the planning module? Then you can link machines directly to tasks in the schedule. This makes it clear to everyone who is using which vehicle, and when something is available.
