Modules
Our
modules
HortiTime is divided into several modules. You are free to choose which modules you use, and the price is adjusted accordingly.
Modules you don’t select are hidden in the software. That way we keep it simple to use.
Hours module
Time registration is the heart of the software. You can link hours to activity, location and plant species. Using this data, the module creates your information and control system with overviews of “hours per activity”, “hours per location” and “hours per plant species”. The basic module is always part of the package.
Planning module
Easily create a clear work schedule based on the current availability of your staff, machines and tools. That way you always know your core tasks are properly staffed. The clear layout shows you at a glance who is working where, so you can adjust quickly when needed.
Vacation module
Give both the company and its staff continuous insight into leave hours and staffing levels. Leave requests can be approved or rejected with ease. Take leave from overtime or from leave hours; the system keeps track of both!
Clock-in module
HortiTime offers several ways to clock in and out, including a start/stop button, QR codes or external clock-in terminals. With secure QR codes, HortiTime offers a modern way to clock in and out. Secure QR codes can only be scanned on location.
Documents module
The collective labour agreement (CAO), staff handbook, work processes and other documents are available anytime, anywhere. Easily make documents digitally available to your staff and stop papers from getting lost in endless folders.
Resources module
HortiTime makes it easy to comply with resource registration requirements by building it into the time registration process. You can add your own resource types, such as crop protection products or fertilisers, and create the individual products under each type. For each activity, you can choose which resource type is available to fill in.
Maintenance module
Insight into machine maintenance is more important than ever. With HortiTime, you can easily track when tractors, loaders and automation machines were serviced. This prevents unexpected downtime and keeps all your equipment in top condition.
Tasks module
The tasks module always gives you a clear overview of all work. Employees can view the task list and tick off completed tasks. By linking tasks to locations and/or employees, you keep the division of work organised and make sure nothing gets forgotten.
