Good time registration is about more than just tracking your staff’s working hours. For business owners, insight into time spent per activity is especially important. Are working hours being spent where you want them within the company, or is a lot of time going into overhead activities?

In HortiTime, activities are central to registering hours. Companies can create their own activities as they wish, either simple or detailed. Does a location and/or plant species need to be added as well? You can set these options per activity. This makes time registration as easy as possible for staff, while the company still gets the data it needs for further analysis or cost price calculations.

Employees can register their day’s work within a few minutes. The administrator can then easily check these registrations, ensuring the data entered is accurate enough for further analysis. Through various overviews, working hours can always be viewed per employee, activity, location, plant species or any combination of these.

Overtime is tracked automatically while hours are entered, based on the employee’s contract. This way, employees always have insight into their current overtime. The data is also available through the API for external integrations. API integrations are included as standard and can be used, for example, to compare working hours with orders in dashboard tools such as Power BI.
