New feature: Overtime percentage
Automatiseer je overurenpercentages in HortiTime
Bij HortiTime zitten we niet stil. We luisteren continu naar de behoeften van ondernemers in de sector om onze software nog slimmer te maken. Met trots presenteren we onze nieuwste update: het direct beheren en berekenen van overurenpercentages binnen het systeem.
Voorheen was het verwerken van verschillende toeslagen vaak een tijdrovende klus die buiten het systeem om gebeurde. Met de nieuwe functie behoort het handmatige rekenwerk tot het verleden.
Waarom deze update?
In bijvoorbeeld de agrarische sector en sierteelt zijn flexibele werktijden eerder een regel dan uitzondering. Of het nu gaat om drukke oogstperiodes, werken op zaterdag of late avonduren elk moment kent vaak zijn eigen percentage.
Met deze nieuwe functie kun je nu:

Percentages vooraf instellen: Voer per dag of tijdsblok het juiste percentage in (bijv. 125%, 150% of 200%).

Prioriteiten toekennen: Het systeem herkent automatisch welke regel toegepast moet worden bij overlappende uren.

Fouten elimineren: Doordat de berekening automatisch gaat, is de kans op menselijke fouten in de loonadministratie nihil.
Wat levert je het op?
Het grootste voordeel is tijdwinst. In plaats van aan het einde van de maand handmatig te puzzelen met Excel-lijsten of urenbriefjes, staat alles nu direct klaar voor administratie. Dit zorgt niet alleen voor rust bij de ondernemer, maar ook voor transparantie richting het personeel. Zij zien immers direct waar ze aan toe zijn.
