Onze verlofmodule geeft altijd inzicht in verlofuren en verlofregistratie
Goede verlofregistratie zorgt voor duidelijkheid en voorkomt misverstanden. Met de verlofmodule in HortiTime hebben zowel medewerkers als het bedrijf altijd actueel inzicht in de beschikbare verlofuren. Medewerkers kunnen eenvoudig zelf een verlofaanvraag indienen, waarna het systeem de juiste verlofuren boekt.
Verlof wordt steeds complexer. Bedrijven hebben te maken met wettelijk verlof, bovenwettelijk verlof, tijd-voor-tijd, ouderschapsverlof, bijzonder verlof en feestdagen. Door de koppeling met de urenmodule en planmodule worden deze verschillende soorten overzichtelijk verwerkt, zodat personeelsplanning altijd up-to-date blijft.
Companies can set up their own leave types and assign them to the users who are entitled to them. You can also easily enter a base balance for a 40-hour working week, which is then calculated pro rata for each user based on their contract. You can also choose a date for when this adjustment takes effect, so the transition to a new year can be prepared in advance.
