Clock-in module: always insight into working hours with the HortiTime clock-in module
Met de inklokmodule van HortiTime ziet u direct wie er aan het werk is en hoelang. U werkt altijd met actuele gegevens. Dat maakt urenregistratie nauwkeurig en geeft een betrouwbare basis voor kostprijsberekeningen en planning.
Medewerkers klokken in via een start en stopknop in de app, met een QR code of via gekoppelde externe druppelkastjes. QR codes print u eenvoudig uit of toont u live op een tablet. Zo kiest ieder bedrijf de methode die het beste aansluit op de praktijk op de werkvloer.
Het inklokken koppelt u direct aan de urenregistratie. U kunt instellen dat uren alleen binnen de ingeklokte tijd geregistreerd mogen worden. Dat voorkomt fouten en zorgt dat de data altijd klopt.
