Gebruiksvriendelijk slepen op het planbord
HortiTime, het online registratieplatform voor bedrijven in de agrarische sector, rolde in april en mei van dit jaar een nieuwe versie uit van het gelijknamige softwareprogramma voor urenregistratie. Momenteel werkt het bedrijf aan een planmodule en een klokmodule, die volgend jaar beschikbaar komen. ‘De planmodule was een logische stap, aangezien HortiTime hiervoor al over alle benodigde data beschikt vanuit de functie urenregistratie’, aldus HortiTime-ontwikkelaar Joost Kolkhuis Tanke. ‘De klokmodule komt voort uit de vraag van vooral grotere kwekers.’

Backoffice-medewerker Inge Slot van Streng Growers in Boskoop gebruikt de nieuwe versie van HortiTime. ‘We gebruiken HortiTime tot nu toe voor urenregistratie. Het programma heeft meerwaarde omdat je snel kunt zien waar de uren in zitten. Ik ben kantoormedewerker en onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het maken van foto’s op het bedrijf. Daar gaat stiekem best veel tijd in zitten en dat maakt HortiTime inzichtelijk. Ook het onderhoud specificeren wij onder de handelingen, bijvoorbeeld het verhelpen van storingen.’
Slot ging net na de overgang van de oude naar de nieuwe versie werken met HortiTime. ‘Ik had in het begin wel wat vragen. Die stelde ik per mail en ik heb een keer gebeld. Ik kreeg steeds in no time een reactie. Eén keer liep ik ertegenaan dat bepaalde gegevens uit de oude versie niet meer zichtbaar waren. Zodra ik weer in het systeem had ingelogd, stonden de gegevens die ik nodig had er al in. Ik vind de service van HortiTime dan ook enorm prettig en klantgericht.’ Slot vertelt dat Streng Growers in de toekomst ook de andere functies van HortiTime wil gaan gebruiken. ‘Maar eerst moeten we goed leren werken met de nieuwe urenregistratie. Zo ontdekken we het programma stap voor stap’, aldus Slot.
